Barre in the Park 9/9

Join us for Barre led by a Club Greenwood barre teacher. Enjoy the serene landscape within Marjorie Park surrounded by beautiful artworks. Please bring your own mat and refillable water bottle. This class is outside, please be prepared for inclimate weather such as high and low temperatures, wind, and rain.

Barre is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that challenges every major muscle group through a combination of strength training, stretching and ballet postures. Using the ballet barre and specialized equipment, your muscles will be worked effectively to the point of exhaustion with low-impact moves to protect your joints. Each class is limited, giving each participant a customized class experience for any level.
