The Family Dog Experience Opening 6/23

MOA will transform the backstage and dressing rooms at Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre with an immersive installation showcasing the fine art posters featured in the documentary film “Tale of the Dog.” The film tells the story of the pioneering hippie rock club that launched the Denver live music scene in the summer of 1967. MOA has welcomed Scott Montgomery, the co-producer of “Tale of the Dog,” to serve as guest curator for this limited exhibition. It is fitting that our venue, Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre, will be activated into a rock and roll immersive experience.

Featuring a psychedelic light show by Waveform.exp, curated music of the era by DJ Manos, and dressing rooms designed and inspired by the legendary bands who played at The Family Dog.

Complimentary food truck bites from The Angry Hippie, and hosted wine & beer. A cash bar will be available for cocktails.

Items will be available for preview through our Handbid app in advance. The duration of the silent auction will last the extent of "The Family Dog Experience" through July 27th. Anyone can participate between June 23rd and July 27th. Scan the QR Code or click on the auction link to register.

Parking and Entry

Check-in at the West side of Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre on Greewood Plaza Blvd with your last name or your confirmation email.
Complimentary valet will be available for all attendees. Click the link for directions through Google Maps.

Permitted Items:

• Small bags and purses only (Subject to inspection).
• Service animals.
• Feel free to ride your bikes to the event. Bikes racks will be available at check-in and may be stored at your own risk

The Following Are Prohibited:

• No outside food or alcohol.
• Weapons of any kind.
• Marijuana or illegal drugs. Smoking in designated areas only.
• No open flames / table top firepits of any kind.
• No large bags or backpacks.
• No chairs
• No laser pointers, confetti, glitter, silly string or other throwable objects.
• Airhorns or other noise-making devices.
• No staking of any equipment in the ground.
• No sporting equipment (soccer balls, footballs, frisbees, etc.)
• Profressional video/photo equipment, including tripods and drones.
• Inflatable furniture, tents, shade structures.
• Soliciting of any kind. No brochures, collaterals or other promotional items may be distributed.
• No pets, except service animals.
